
Tony Grieco originally from Connecticut, comes from a diverse background. A military father ,and a mother who was the youngest daughter of a Kentucky coal miner; she played the piano like Beethoven! While growing up, Tony played a variety of musical instruments, violin, bugle, trumpet and of course the piano! At age eleven he got his first guitar, which was the beginning of a life long passion for playing and singing in his unique style!
While in New England he started writing and playing his own material with "Eternity's End" and "Poacher". He then came to Florida and played solo as well as played with "Snake Eyes", Longriders", and "Flashback", all the while cementing life long friendships with musicians that he played with and met along the way.
He has opened for some of the industries top name recording artists: Artimus Pyle from the legendary Lynard Skynard, the Kentucky Head Hunters and Mike Riley from the Allman Brothers Band. He has recorded "Out Stepped You" with Taz DiGrigorio, keyboardest fron The Charlie Daniels Band. From the blistering leads of " Still Gotta a Lotta Good Years", and the emotional lyrics of "One More Mile", Tony Grieco is "The Sons of Dixie!"
